This Come, Follow Me teaching package comes with four amazing learning activities which helps you teach your LDS young women, young men, and family to answer the question, “Why is the First Vision Important?“. You will be able to choose the best activities to fit the need of your group, and then use as suggested or adapt as you see fit.

LESSON TOPIC PRINT: This page can be displayed throughout the lesson to help those you are teaching reflect upon the question and lesson topic.
FRUITS OF THE FIRST VISION: This activity will help the young women realize and share the many blessings the First Vision has brought into their lives.
COMPARING VISIONS: Help the young women see how similar Joseph’s vision was to other scriptural accounts.
LESSONS LEARNED: This board activity will help the young women identify and share specific lessons they are leaning as they study about the First Vision.
SCRIPTURE PAGE: This illustrated page has the verses from the scripture printed on it, and goes perfectly with the scripture marking activity.
SCRIPTURE MARKING / JOURNALING GUIDE: This detailed marking guide is filled with instructions on how the young women can mark each verse as they highlight, circle, underline, and write on their own scripture pages. They will learn SO MUCH about the First Vision and what was happening in Joseph’s life leading up to it (they will also learn great scripture marking ideas to use throughout their scriptures). This marking guide is also full of quotes, tips, and journaling and discussion questions. Once completed (with the approval of the young women president) this would make a perfect additional Personal Progress experience for Faith, Knowledge, Divine Nature, or Integrity.
