12 Days of Christmas Notes- The Red Headed Hostess

This is a great activity to do with your family during December! This could really help bring extra love in your home during the season!

Here is a fun idea to do with your loved ones during this Christmas season!

Just grab some note cards or paper and print off this PDF:  12 Days of Christmas  Notes

The idea is to write notes to each person in your family or important individuals in your lives.  Each day has a theme and you will start the note with that theme.  For example, on day 1 you will write:  “One of my favorite memories of us this past year was when we…

This is an activity that can be done each year and you can save them and see how the answers evolve – or some may stay the same!

If you are going to do this with your family at home you can stick them in each other’s stockings each day.  You could also include Grandma and Grandpa or other important people – wouldn’t it be so special for them to receive an envelope filled with these notes each day?

Have a Merry Christmas everyone.

  1. Doing this each night with my three kids! Then I’m going to make it into a little book for them to read! So excited!!!

  2. I am single, unattached and live alone. I am going to do a variation on this theme with 12 notes to myself as afformations, activities and fun memories. It’s fun to be retired and single if you want it to be, and I do! Thanks for the fun idea!

  3. I plan to give these with the answers to each of my siblings, kids, grandkids, mother, and father. Both my parents are suffering from dymensia and I am going to ask them these questions over the next few weeks for each of us. I am the oldest, the only remaining member besides my mother, and the family historian and Geneologist, and preparedness nut! I fear so much has been lost because “We can do that later” has been everyone’s answer. No procrastination this time! TY!!!
