I know many of you have noticed how much effort we put into our art in your kits. That is because we know that art will help you teach in a way that touches your child's heart.

Our artist, Heidi Carter often shares with us the thought and symbolism she adds to her art. We are amazed at the amount of effort she goes into to research to have things be accurate (she researches what types of plants would be there, the geography, what different colors symbolize, types of pottery, types of flowers that have symbolism, and lots of other details).

She also puts a lot of thought into the composition of the art, and the poses and emotions of the characters.

This made us realize that like us - this symbolism and detail are quite often missed.

Because of this, we wanted to let her have a space where she can share those details - and this will help all of us be better teachers with the aid of art.

It will also allow for that symbolism to help us find own impressions and insights.
