DIGITAL PRODUCTS RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except as expressly stated below.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased digital products are available for download following purchase. If a digital product becomes unavailable due to a technical issue prior to successful download, your sole and exclusive remedy will be, at our discretion, either replacement access to the product or a refund of the purchase price.
We are not responsible for any loss of digital products after successful download. You are solely responsible formaintaining backup copies of any digital content you purchase through the Services.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@theredheadedhostess.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to help evaluate the issue.
If your return is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products due to buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
