Gilbert, Arizona Temple Prints- The Red Headed Hostess

For those of you in the Phoenix, Arizona area, this is a very exciting weekend for you! I have received a few emails expressing your excitement for the dedication of the Gilbert, Arizona temple!

Did you know that this is the largest temple built in 17 years? And did you know that this is a totally unique temple? They did not use any patterns or plans used in other temples.

Once we realized that the dedication was this weekend, and that so many of you who follow this site live there, we got to work on some temple prints for you. 🙂

Gilbert, Arizona temple printable package!

This is such a beautiful temple.  Those windows!  And doors!  I LOVE it so much!

We have for you 2 options of everything depending on how much ink you want to use in your printer.   You can see you get a large, full-sized paper print and then smaller ones as well.  There are bookmarks included as well.  You could use the smaller prints for stickers, tags, etc.  You could even make a fun banner to hang in your home to celebrate the dedication.

Each picture includes the name of the temple as well as the dedication date.

It would be fun to print one off for each member of your family and have your kids write about the dedication and/or open house experience on the back.

You can find this package HERE.

Gilbert, Arizona temple trivia questions

Also, each package comes with a set of 17 trivia questions about the temple.  This could make a fun class activity or Family Home Evening.

Gilbert, Arizona Temple prints with mutual theme "Come Unto Christ"

We also have the temple prints available with the 2014 mutual theme, “Come Unto Christ”.

Those 2×2 prints could make great thank-you notes or birthday cards for the youth.

you can find this HERE.

Again, they each come with the trivia questions.

Gilbert, Arizona temple print with primary theme "Families are Forever"

We also have a print with the primary theme “Families are Forever”.  This would be good for any home.

And finally, if you want all of them you can get a combo pack with everything you have seen so far.  So, you will get about 30 pages of things you can print over and over for years to come!

You can find this one HERE.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!  Temple dedications are often once-in-a-lifetime experiences – so I am going to sit down and write an article that can help you teach your kids about them.  So stay tuned for that.  🙂

And good luck to all of you involved in the temple celebration this Saturday!

  1. Our company did the decorative painting and gold leafing in this temple. Thank you for creating this package. It will be wonderful to have a format for our children (and me!) to be able to write down feelings and experiences we had there.

  2. I was lucky enough to attend the Gilbert Temple Open House. It is the most beautiful temple. The temple uses the Agave plant both inside and out for its theme. The stain glass windows are the leaves of the Agave reaching towards heaven I imagine. The guide told me that the older leaves of the Agave imprint into the new leaves leaving an ever so slight but noticeable mark. This is the symbol of families leaving a mark on each other and the purpose of the temple to bring families together. A neighbor of mine went through the same day and her guide told her the Agave was also a symbol of the Savior. I loved this so much that I bought an Agave and brought it home to Utah.
Maybe you knew all of this already but it was endearing to me. I tried to paste a picture but only this showed up.

  3. I got to attend the Dedication this morning and I am so motivated to keep that experience as a special part of me. These prints are just the thing and I am so glad that you created these..thank you!

  4. This is awesome, thank you! I love the idea of having my kids write down there experience they had at the open house and put in there Project Life Albums. It was such an incredible experience to have as a family and an absolutely gorgeous temple! Love your website, so glad I found it! Thank you for all that you do!

  5. These are lovely and my family & I were able to attend the open house for the Gilbert Temple. However, the next temple to open in the Phoenix valley will be the North Phoenix temple and that one will be my “home” temple. Are there any plans to do similar art work for that temple? I love the style of this one. Call it a east vs. west valley thing but we think the N.PHX temple is just as neat. :~)
