This year Hilary Weeks has written and performed an absolutely amazing theme song! Press Forward, Press On. This song is available exclusively on our site!
This song was produced in Nashville, Tennessee by amazing musicians, and background vocals are by Dustin Christensen (who was on The Voice this season!). Not only will the youth love this song, but all of Hilary’s fans will find it to be a new favorite! The message is something we all need in our lives.
Hilary recorded an upbeat and a piano version. You can find (and listen to them) HERE (and prepare to fall in love with both songs!).
You can also get the minus tracks for both versions HERE.
And you can get the sheet music HERE. Or you can get both songs, the minus tracks, and sheet music HERE.
This is also a part of our ultimate combo package found HERE.
* Note: We have provided a pricing tier for you on our mp3 products so you can make physical copies for others at a very affordable price. These could make great handouts and gifts!
Popular author and speaker Anthony Sweat has recorded an talk for youth (but adults will love it too) called, “The Three Divine Sisters: Pressing Forward with Faith, Hope, and Charity.” You will laugh out loud as you are learning about the 2016 mutual theme and the relationship of faith, hope, and charity.
Play this talk, use the note page it comes with, and it will be like you are having your own personal fireside!
You can find this talk HERE.

Also include are teaching helps. After talking about the strait and narrow path, Nephi says this: “Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life” (2 Nephi 31:20).
Everything in our package helps you teach about this theme scripture in the proper context using the strait and narrow path. We have given you helps to help you focus on these important principles that the youth can do as they press forward:
- Press forward with a steadfastness in Christ
- Press forward having a perfect brightness of hope
- Press forward having a love of God
- Press forward having a love for all men
- Press forward feasting upon the word of Christ
- Press forward, enduring to the end
As the youth understand, and apply these principles, this theme scripture can have a huge impact on their lives!
This printable package also includes this mini booklet that contains over 120 specific things the youth can do to apply the mutual theme to their lives.
Also included are printable decorations for a special event. You will get editable invitations, a color-your-own placemat, program covers, string banners, treat bag toppers, water bottle sleeves, and name tags!
Also included in the printable decorations are these adorable cupcake/cake toppers and mini cake banner!
You can find the printable 2016 mutual theme kit HERE.
Or you can get all of the printable kit, along with Hilary Weeks’ songs and sheet music, and Anthony Sweat’s talk in our ultimate combo kit HERE.
