2 Nephi 31-33

If someone were to ask the question “What does God want me to do in this life?”, these chapters answer it in very plain and simple terms.

These are Nephi’s last teachings before he will pass the records on to his brother Jacob and die shortly after.

As a seasoned prophet who has seen and learned many, many things, he has just “a few words” that he wants to include before he finishes his record. His final teachings focus on plainly teaching the doctrine of Christ. Nephi wants us to know in language that cannot be misunderstood, how to gain eternal life.
