Teaching about God the Father- The Red Headed Hostess
Asking questions is an essential teaching skill,
that I worked on and worked on all 13 years of teaching seminary! If you happen to be teaching about God the Father, here are some questions for you to consider asking. If your kids have journals, then I would list the question on the board and have them answer them in their journal. Whenever I am teaching, I like to have my students consider what they already know about a subject – and then we can build from there. This handout starts with a questionnaire, and I would start the lesson by simply giving them pencils and letting them fill it in – and then, after they have time to formulate their thoughts, they will be much more likely to share them.
