- Discussion Activity – Use these printable illustrations to introduce the children to the lesson topic. Help the Primary children understand that before we lived on earth, we lived with Heavenly Father. His greatest desire is for us to return to live with Him and Jesus Christ one day!
- Gifts to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ (Teaching Idea) – This activity was inspired by the “Encourage understanding (singing songs)” suggestion found in the lesson outline. Use this great activity to help the Primary children understand how we can give gifts to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ by doing things to prepare to live with them again! The children will take turns opening different envelopes to reveal different “gifts” they can give (ways they can prepare to return) to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ . Each envelope also contains a brief description of how they can prepare to return to Heavenly Father and a song to sing!
- Interactive Art Activity – Get the children involved in the lesson with this great drawing activity! Inspired by the lesson outline, the children will color pictures of different ways they can prepare to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again!
